whats with people buying in manchester? There is a very limited area where they can buy and its not that cheapNot limited, (I'd guess leisure village west will be next which has cheap housing)
This just goes right back to the main menu. Not.edu purpose in the tests if you can't get results. Crazy.I guess they are overwhelmed or that office is closed (It's in Staten island). It worked for me twice and was a lot easier than getting results from friendly.
Thanks i will try that but they at least need to do a better job of explaining how top get the results. They actually told me there is no portal for results.Agree.
Results unavailable still tonight (!) no online portal they use Infinity labs with no online results. They only open at 2pm tomorrow. SOmewhat ridiculous. The portal has been delayed for the last couple weeks however calling the number and pressing 9 for labs will get you quickly to a person who can tell you the results
Are you serious?! Why is this not being publicized?I have no interest in this discussion and won't post more unless it's straight information. However what I will say is that there are a very many cases of false positives as well as situations where iiuc people are still testing positive well after it's gone for a variety of reasons. there are recommendations to irigate your nose before getting retested and it supposedly helps a little.
I just heard of someone in Lakewood who had antibodies and now tested positive. I haven’t confirmed it.Im aware personally of 3 confirmed reinfections in Lakewood, all mild.
All my workmates who got it now were in bed with chills. So I'm not sure why you think it's different.Of the The 20 or so people that I know (first and second hand) who have it, only a few of them were laid up. As well as many conversations I overheard at urgent cares and over Rosh Hashanah at this minyan. I was hearing a tremendous amount of stories of people that got tested Just "because" and were surprised that they had it .
Which people graciously offered their bathrooms to a bunch of sick people?Read above, but someone offered their basement which was not being used. And I'm sure they're going to clean and disinfect it very well
Basically the same as round 1.I'm not hearing much of people having a hard time breathing which I'd guess was the number one reason for all the hatzalah calls. And 1st time around I was hearing tons of people laid up in bed, chills, nausea etc
A COVID+ minyan is a good idea only if it’s a backyard minyan and not outside any shuls. I guanrantee any shul that does this will have positive people entering to use the bathroom or sink “just for a minute!” I’m sure there will also be socializing with other shul members and an attraction for children wandering outside.
Arlington Shul sent out a follow up:This Minyan worked out very well over RH it's continuing tomorrow I'm not sure after that..
At the corona minyan, positive corona in the tent, those exposed outside. Don’t enter shul at all. For bathroom, use Toporovitch basement 530 Arlington (across Arlington).
What’s symptoms are most ppl having this time?Seems like most are very mild Like a regular cold/sinus infection and dehydration. Loss of smell and taste.
I don't think any urgent cares have rapids lately. May be worth looking for nearby towns that may have. Either way that will be quicker than with all the long lines locallyFriendly claims no one has within 75 miles.
