Any other ways??
Not that I know of. However if your relative doesn't need to be on your account , rather just have an american bank account there are a few that will allow him to open one

They took a month to get me my card.  The AF posted before I had it.  I sent a SM that I believed charging an AF, annual being 12 months when I was only going to get 11 months usage was unfair.  Received a statement credit for full amount.
Awesome

I had a BRG with 5 free AUs and I upgrades to Plat.  It seems the AUs are also Plat.  Am I going to get hit with $175 for the AUs?
If it says plat by the au list, you should call up. You will get hit.  Just happened to a freind

Christmas.  Always. Even when people use the other languages I refer to it that way. I think it's stupid in one aspect and disrespectful in another aspect in referring to it in the other languages

Not a bad idea, under which reason? lost?
You don't really need a reason. Lost will give you paper work to fill out. Bring your valid passports and get new ones. Your reasoning is that you want your whole family to be getting passports that expire at the same time. Being organized sometimes costs money but is very worth it for menuchas hanefesh :) . Hatzlacha!
