Success story here. After texting with 7 agents. Finally I was able to book TLV to SFO. 3 tickets in PE and 1 infant. Lesson learned: send messages only EST business time.

I had an Rep telling me the same thing, then i texted and they booked it with no issue.

Trying to book TLV-SFO with Qantas points. Texted to USA Qantas number as advised by Dan and chatted with 2 agents . Both weren't able to book this flight. They insist that they can book LA and NY flights only.

I did it not too long ago on the new interface with the new AT&T offer.

BTW ... did you use it or "use" it in some useful way for somebody who does not have att biz service?

True, i heard about a few that work. My guess is that it runs one a different system, lets say only for the enterprise users.
