Credit Cards / My complex managment now offers paying rent with credit card

Hi all,
I'm sure it has been discussed in the past but my apartment complex management are offering paying rent with CC.
Fees:
Visa - $72
Mastercard+Discover card = 2.95%
Is there anyway to take advantage of this offer to earn with airline points by paying with CC or the fees are killing the deal?
