Up In The Air / How to bring matches back on a flight from Israel?

My wife has a special shabbos matchbox and my daughter wanted to bring back the extra long matches they sell in Israel.

TSA says that you can bring a box in your carry on but I find no information for flying internationally.

She will be flying Finnair and connecting out of Helsinki.

Any information would be helpful, thanks!

If you do a blind "priceline express deal" flight can you cancel within 24 hours like every other priceline flight?

Am looking to avoid connecting in certain cities, but dont know what I am getting.
