The first was one year ago, the second was two weeks ago
Both clowed back 2 days ago

+1 and by me (about 2 months ago) they also clawed back the $200 travel credit that was made by pggm

I just got clawed back the $200 credit on 2 cards, one already closed a while​ ago and one still active, anything to do?

Yes, best option is to downgrade to green, get prorated refund then cancel.

I called again to downgrade and the rep told me i will get prorated refund without downgrading so i just cancelled.. I hope he's right

I just called amex to cancel my personal platinum after 31 days the fee posted, they told me there is no refund (even prorated) unless I'm downgrading. Is that true? Any idea?
