obviously I'll be cheaper if you buy it in Israel versus getting it in the US you're going to pay a few dollars more and have it while in the US and that way you have service when you land.

In Israel for a week. I have an unlocked Android. Can I just get an Israeli sim with plan and cancel? I don't have a TZ or Israeli cc.
From the wiki, it seems I need at least one. (Except Hot over the the phone?) Is Golan strict about Israeli CC?
