They sell them in most English speaking neighborhoods in the newspaper stores.  Also Steimetsky book stores.
Could you direct me to a newspaper store in geulah arzei maalot dafna ramat eshkol ezras torah sanhedria or sorotzkin?

Can I borrow your infant for my next trip?

You want one, you gotta take them all...  (don't worry, I usually get compliments on my kid's behavior when flying ;) )
A little milk in a baby bottle is not such a big deal, and TSA has NEVER asked "is this for you or the kid?"

Are AA web specials always more expensive one way vs. RT? seeing Europe to US at 17k per leg RT but on a one way, it jumps to 20K

56
Just booked tlv to nyc RT for 871 in prem economy/business dates march 26th-april 26th
you don't get bumped up to pure business like from tlv to Johannesburg but the premium economy on the long haul flights has recliner seats!
 https://www.seatguru.com/airlines/Alitalia_Airlines/Alitalia_Airlines_Airbus_A330_200.php
so its really a great deal
Why is that many times cheaper than economy?

If not eligible, since no documentation is needed, can't I just bring him along as a lap child like and pretend as if his birthday is the week after?
Not recommended.

covering the difference they’d sing a different tune.  I’ve yet to meet somebody who flew a stopover for the sole purpose of letting their kids let out their energy.

allow me to introduce my wife....

When dealing with two year olds and older ( not infants) I've heard people say they like stopovers since its gives the kids a chance to run around for a few minutes and when they get on the second plane it takes them time till they get bored again.
+1
A stopover cann switch a nightmare to sweet dreams (though ny kids seem to always fell asleep just as we are landingfor the stopover
