Did you tweet the offer for serve? If you did, did you get the tweet confirmation?

Has anyone gotten the $20 using their serve card? I tweeted the offer with serve but never received an email like I received for all the other tweeted amex cards for this offer. I also went onto serve's website and it doesn't show this offer saved. I'm not sure if it shows when you tweet with serve so I'm canvassing for an answer.

Do amex Hilton cards earn points with serve?
Only co branded Amex cards.

Money center.  A couple cashiers last week said they only did BB reloads at the money center.  This location's ATM was out of service.  Last week money service did it for me.  This time, they were more than willing to let me do it, but I kept getting the errors after putting in my pin.
What is the money center? Do you mean customer service?

Some people had to try a couple of times to open one product after closing another. Just make sure that any bb check you wrote have cleared.

I have a BB card, about to close to get this. makes sense?
The big difference between bb and serve is that you can write checks on bb and you can load with cc on serve. It depends what is more advantageous to you. The cc on serve needs to be an Amex after April 16th. The only cc that can earn points is a 3rd party Amex such as fidelity or citi. If you use a regular Amex it will help with spend threshold but earn no mr points. Also many people have had their checking accounts closed depositing bb checks into them so serve seams to be better imho. One other point about serve which is very much ymmv is that you can load serve at family dollar stores (don't know if you have any of those in California).

any reason to open serve at this point? never had it.
If you don't have rc or bb then it's a good card to have because you can load using a cc  5 x $200 a month from the computer. That does not interfere with loading $2500 twice a month. It also qualifies for sbs. Those of us who opened it when ISIS/softcard was around can load 3 x $500 with cc.

I made 4 orders for Mastercard GC on Monday. After a day or so status was showing exception. I called in and was asked to confirm some details. (They asked me for my social. I told the rep that I have never been asked that for a purchase and prefer not to give it out. She said alternatively I can give last 4 of my drivers license, which I did.) I provided 1 of 4 order numbers, but asked her to take care of all 4. The next day 1 showed as shipped; the others still exception. I also received emails for the other 3 orders to call in to verify details.

Moral of the story: Make sure when you call in to confirm all your orders!
Did you do the California address thing? If so, won't they see by your drivers licence that you do not reside in California?

If you do not have membership, there is a 10% surcharge on every item on Samsclub.com  But a (temporary) membership with it's home address in California does NOT pay the surcharge, and CAN ship to anywhere - even out of CA.
How do you get a CA address if you don't know anyone that lives in CA?
