I did get one $15 credit last week on my original visa checkout account but that was not the account or freedom card I purchased something on. Very weird!

I have no idea what planet you reside on but THERE ARE NO walmarts in NYC. Please use the search button before asking any questions or opening new threads. You should check the "Start Here" subject which has threads for beginners. Welcome to DDF.
PS - Valley Stream is not in NYC, it's in Nassau County, LI.

One of the primary consumer cards that I did not get the offer on has been opened for over 20 years. I tried all of Dan's suggestions and still could not get the offer.  It was suggested that I call Amex and see if I can get a $10 credit put on my account. That was a no go as well.

I also noticed that on the purchase of the SAMs club membership, there were 2 charges posted. One for $45 and one for $3.15 (tax). On my receipt from the club it just showed as one $48.15 charge. I also never got the email advising me that I used the offer but I did get that email for the cable offer x2.
