If DL/AA/UA's FF programs are so profitable, why do they feel the need to devalue their programs twice annually?
(Maybe QF's program is so profitable because it's very lucrative and attractive. Like managing to get a few thousand redemptions with LY just since the merger.)
It's like going to a grocery for the sale of 1 item and end up buying many more, only to find out at check out that the sale on that 1 item is over. The store still had you checkout and pay for it.

Some time later Bingo moves in to town and the sales get real.  The Bingo part did not happen yet, but with any downturn in the economy or more competition it can and yes there are always savvy costumers but sadly not to many.

There are many ppl that sadly pay United 180K for a UA everyday award for TLV route not realizing that spending on a CITI or CO double cash can get them a better mile/point per cent value.

So the earlier flight gets swapped but the later flight is the 789?

Yea, I saw that the daily YUL flight is operated by QF while the 3 times a week flight is operated by AT.
Looks like it.

I guessing this will stop as soon as they get another 787-9 but if you wanna fly the 9 your best bet is the later flight.

Really? That's a shame, do you see any dates where it's actually flying?
I did not look at past activity.

But as you look at dates getting closer they seem to swap the earlier flight.

Just that you know, in YUL they are leasing from QR, so it dosnt look like they have any spairs and are waiting for dilevery of new aircraft.

I sent in a goodwill letter as well as an email to the office of the president and spoke with the executive customer service.
All of them said the same stuff that they need to report accurately so they can't delete it...
What else can I do?

I'm not, but there are people in the line of credit repair and should be able to handle this.

Could be, I saw it on both of the days I was looking at.

Same here, looks like they keep changing back to old 1 as getting closer but further out def. shows as 787-9

I was recently on that side of town and met many Israelis there.

I did interact with some and all said they were either coming or going to/from NY.
