Destination Guides And Trip Planning / Re: Poland Master Thread
« on: December 25, 2018, 04:23:48 AM »
Hi, anyone Recommendations for:
1)A driver/guide that will pick us up from keristier and take us around Poland for 2 1/2 days?
2) Recommend a itinerary for 2 and a half days in Poland (must sees)
Thanks in advance!

I was in Kerestir  two weeks ago. From the airport in Budapest to Kerestir, with a jewish driver.  He told me he brings jews
regularly to Poland, Ukraine, Romania.  He is an excellent driver, with a lot of knowledge.  They are two brothers.

I have a stopover in ZRH from around 11am until 10pm next week. After reading through a lot of this thread, I'm still unclear what exactly to do in Zurich besides eat food :) :) :) :) :). It's gunna be freezing. And I don't think I'm going to be interested in driving or training to Lucerne. Any help would be much appreciated.

The old town is enchanting.  With its alleys and hidden corners.  There's a rich and fascinating history of the jews who lived there 700 years ago.
From the station its about 1/2 hour by foot.

Is there something different about ZRH? 2 hours seems like a lot of time, especially since your luggage is checked through.

No

I was in Kerestir on Monday.  There are two brothers (jidden) who bring you from the airport to Reb Schajele.
I Paid 220$. One hour at the kever.  This driver had tons of Information on Hungary, on kevorim etc.
Money well spent.

Extremely limited beyond the bread (which is absolutely delicious)

I just received a warning from St.Moritz. At the minyan maariv tonight it was brought to the attention that the bread from the Bakery St. Moritz is forbidden. Something has been found.
