This question was asked by @me on the regular site. Don't think it was answered.

"My wife is a school based, but independent (contracted through an agency) speech therapist, so shes self-employed. Due to school closures she is not able to work and therefore has lost all income. Im sure this is fairly common, does anyone know how she is to file for the unemployment benefits (that I believe are not normally made available to self-employed workers)?"
Pretty much a temporary loss of income because of the virus.
Tell her to contact her agency and ask them if she should file for unemployment

Bingo being open 24 hrs next week

Nice! We divided b/w extended family and complete it each day.

Delta Airlines , United Airlines and American Airlines fell between 4% and 8% as U.S. Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin said the aid designated for airlines in the package was not a bailout and that taxpayers would need to be compensated.
Boeing shed 10% after gaining as much as 90% this week, as Mnuchin said the planemaker had no intention of participating in the package.

That I actually (8 days) new. Is there a religious requirement to have cakes?
Give me 1 Pesach recipe I can make w/o eggs?

On the silver lining front, between the stomach issues and not much appetite, I have lost 13 lbs. over the past week  :)
You've been able to do in a week what I haven't been able to do in a year!

My understanding is that it's:
a) up to a certain amount (2.5 of payroll or payroll + benefits)
b) if there is no reduction of workforce (if there is grant will be reduced by that %)
c) if employees continue to be paid through June
That I got. However what does it mean if they give a loan and then forgive it? A loan is something I need to pay back. Forgiveness is like a handout. How does it work if it's set up to be a loan that's forgiven? Do I have to make monthly interest payments until it's forgiven? When will it be forgiven??

is it a credit against 2020 tax return?
If tax filers did not make 75k/150k last year but make more than 75k/150K in 2020 will they be required to return the cash next year?
yes -It'll be deducted when you file your 2020 taxes

listening.  very informative
Did you understand how/when the SBA loan gets forgiven?

Definitely more now that the employees won't lose by being on unemployment. I had been paying all of my employees in full even though they are not putting in full hours. Now that they won't lose by it let them claim unemployment for reduced hours. My daughter's office told her the same.
How can you claim unemployment for reduced hours? Isn't it only meant for someone who is totally unemployed??

spouse/children! I can't imagine being holed up all alone now
