Yes, but you MUST cancel automatic payments, or it will keep withdrawing from your account. See the message I received after applying. (attached)
I'm on the mobile app- can't figure out how to do that - Any advice?

They added a "request deferral" button when you login online. It defers your mortgage for 90 days automatically and gives this message.
Thanks. Will it do so even if I have automatic payments set up?

when it holds.
Never had an issue with it. What did you try taping?

I requested the deferral from Wells Fargo, and from this language (attached below) it would appear that they will add it to the back of the loan, unless someone else can chime in with a different understanding.
Did you call them or this was just an automated email?

Whatever tape you will use, you might need to use some goo gone after pesach.
Jewish local hardware stores sell "counter tape" in clear or white which leaves no residue whatsoever. Simply the best

Some people eat raw eggs. You think refrigeration is going to help them?
Ever ate ice cream?

Anybody been to Bingo lately how is the lines? What about late at night?
I was there a couple of days ago. There were people in the store but no lines at all.

Its been pretty cool outside the last few days. If eggs need refrigeration would leaving them outside work?
As long as it's cold outside, yes.

Definitely! I am a real deep sleeper and one night in camp my friends had field day with me - They put glitter all over me and took pics.. while I slept through it all! No matter how many showers I took the next day, the glitter would appear on my hand every time I scratched my head...

Then hopefully those parents are a majority and the schools could reopen with 10% of their previous numbers.
And the rest of the 90% will happily continue homeschooling their brood

Stepped on my scale this morning and it said: Please use social distancing, one person at a time.

Schools should listen to Dayanim. All other emotional arguments should be used to try to get donations. The Baltimore beis din claims that they can charge full tuition, while r Shlome Miller claims a peshara excluding mortgage payments. Ami magazine also had an article from a beis din for a peshara.

All kind of emotional arguments, are not a right to charge tuition. In times like this when everyone needs zechusim, schools should not be charging tuition without an absolute heter, otherwise it is geneiva.
Fair enough, but then perhaps this thread is in the wrong forum to begin with. AFAIK this isn't a rabbinical forum (although many seem to believe it is)
