I was in the Grand Beach Surfside pre-covid and they had a rule, no outside food. At first I was frustrated as they wouldn't allow my Uber Eats order up. Then I saw a heimishe family eating pizza, pasta, ice cream etc... and leave everything on the table. I was embarrassed for them. You want to go against rules and eat your food in the lobby when they don't allow it? At least have the decency to hide it and throw your trash out.

Not a deal I paid that amount in the past

I'm just wondering, truck driving and construction are the only two jobs currently there (besides school employees) or are those the only ones they can guarantee?

Thanks for your honesty. How does your experience in BP stack up with your experience in any other single community in NY? Is it crazy to say we’ve been by far the least complaint?

If it’s not, why did you agree with a comment that suggested otherwise?
Were you in Manhattan during any BLM protests? Were they any better than BP/Willy? If not, why doesnt anyone call them out  either? Im not saying we are being good about masks. But to say only in BP and Willy people arent wearing masks? Thats wrong too.

And what about in BP? You could have conveniently told us about your experience living in the place we are actually discussing. You’ve been there for the last 7 months, how do we stack up?
Honestly, it was terrible in the summer and before sukkos. Lately though, while not perfect, many more people are wearing masks. But my point was that BP is not the only place people arent wearing masks. Yes, many people in BP are non-compliant. But so are many people in many other places.

So maybe you didn't drive through his neighborhood.

I was in PA the entire chol hamoed and there were some places where there with close to zero compliance. Obviously not Jewish areas at all.

And I've seen plenty of ppl in NYC that are not Jewish who also don't comply. Its far from 100% compliance outside the Jewish community.
+1. I live in BP, went to D.C. for chol hamoed and my family was practically the one wearing masks.

For those that haven't realized, willi is not a zone designated by the czar, basically no 1 test there.

Or its because all the hippies and artists living there are Biden supporters

Or the schools will temporarily move to basements in other zip codes

A preschool class in BYBP was shut down due to a teacher being exposed (not positive) to the virus.

Anyone know if Zika is still a concern when going to Cancun? The CDC website doesn't seem updated.

When making meat patties, most recipes call for grated squash and carrot. A way to make this way simpler is to take squash and carrot from your chicken soup and simply mash it.
