i just spoke with sprint, they said the touch pro 2 is the last smartphone they have that wouldnt require a data plan. They said that it has to do with the speed of the processer. I guess thats my best bet. Does anyone have an old one that i can try out? It looks quite bulky, and im not sure im willing to buy a new one (ebay) if its not my speed.

use a CO OP card or AMEX premium cdw, so that your CC is Primary cdw, minimizes the chance that the corp insurance will be needed.
or takeout insurance

How did u get a personal credit card to have your name and a business name on it?
As far as shtick- I have friends that added  bais binyomin as  an "AU"  and then told the rep at the counter that it was a corporate credit card. Sometimes it would work and sometimes the rep would tell them that it also has to display their name on the card along with the company name.
i did that first, but it didnt work. It wasnt a personal card i opened a business account.
