Just got one of the gift I was missing.  It is a $25 statement credit when I shop $25 or more at BB&B.  So.... I could buy another $25 gc, get a gift and get a statement credit?!  Does that make sense?

Still waiting for 3 "gifts" from last night.  Seems they get backed up.  First few were great ones:
shoprunner
shaerable $25 amex gc, 1 for me 3 for friends
$25 statement credit
shareable $50 amex gc, 1 for me 3 for friends
shareable $10 amex gc, 1 for me 3 for friends
shareable $10 amex gc, 1 for me 3 for friends
then they stopped coming.

Just bought another and got $45 statement credit, but still waiting on other gifts.

Guess will wait till tonight and see what happens.

Sorry, just reread the posts and saw people writting about the confirmation e-mail, so I checked junk mail and found it.  Got my "gift" e-mail as well.

I registered my cards yesterday, but don't remeber getting a confirmation e-mail.  Did they send one out?

148
How long after an order is placed will I get my "gift"?

General Discussion / Re: Stroller Reviews for all the newborns!!

When I bought the UB I knew it wasn't a great carriage to take in and out of a car.  I figured I didn't really need to take it in and out very often.  When my baby outgrew the snap-n-go, I realized how hard it was to keep taking the UB in and out of the car etc, I splurged and bought a G-luxe to keep in the car and the UB stays at home.  Figured I would get more life out of the UB if I didn't keep taking it in and out of the car!

Yes.  It didn't "wow" me like everyone here seems to be saying, but then again I just pushed it around a store.
Still not hearing any hugely compelling reason to spend the extra money.

The Uppababy seat is a much wider and deeper seat in comparison to the Bugaboo.  If you look at toddlers sitting in the bugaboo it almost looks like they are falling out.  Another thing, I think someone mentioned it, but I am not sure you understood.  The Uppababy can be folded while the seat is attached, as opposed to the Bugaboo where you have to remove the seat to fold.  (None of the fold with the bassinet.) Also to switch from the bassinet to the seat is a pain with the Bugaboo and the UB is real easy.  One more thing, to change positions on the UB in the toddler seat, you can do it with one hand (if you are holding a crying/sleeping baby) in the Bugaboo you need both hands.

I have the Uppababy and am thrilled with the carriage and the customer service.  I think it fits the bill for what you are looking for .

1)It can be changed from the bassinet, to forward facing or back facing very easily.
2)It is great to push around
3)It is easy to fold (and can even be folded while the seat is in forward facing position, unlike most bigger carriages).
4)Check out their website they let you know which car seats it will work for.
5)The wheels are not air filled or plastic.
The basket is very useful and large, the hood has a great sunshade etc.  You can also buy an attachment to convert it to a double carriage (if you need it in the future).

There are so many features on this carriage that I really like.  I would make sure to only buy it thru a geniune dealer otherwise they won't cover the warrenty.  I loved the carriage so much, I bought their stroller as well!  I think you can get the carriage for a little over $600.
