Which card did you open in the past 12 months, and what sign up did you get for it?

I signed up for amex platinum in dec to get the 200 travel in dec and jan, then cancelled in jan. Just called AMEX they told me to call back in 6 weeks as this was my first closing since i met the 10K. If it didnt post now will post in 6 weeks?

I met the 75K points offer and nothing posted. Sent a SM asking when the points will post and they said that I had opened a card in the last 12 months. A/o here have a SM they sent after getting denied that got them the points they can share with me.

I posted earlier about getting an error when I went to reload my card. I sorted e/t out and got refunded, but I asked the clerk to try to reload and an error came up on her screen. i called VR and they said you cannot reload cards, these cards are one time use. Are u not able to reload VR cards?

Credit Cards / Re: amazon payments IRS audit risk?

And what about 200 transactions, is that also just for receiving (as I have 3 amazon payment accounts in my name that I use monthly so I can reach the $20k limit)?

You need both 20k per account AND 200 transactions which will not occur as you're prob doing 1K per transaction.

Receiving is ONLY what counts.

There is only 12K a year per account being received so you will not receive a 1099 and it will not equate to 200 transactions unless your x-ferring in small amounts.
