You sure you need an Israeli number? I got my Orange plan in a store last year I just gave them my American passport number without a problem, could have even made one up.

Looking for Samsung Nexus accessories specifically a car dock that recognizes the phone,
I don't think it exists, they obviously planned it since the phone has connector pins, but it seems they then scrapped it. Amazon has a regular car mount though.

I agree with Yitz, your best bet in Israel is Waze app on smartphone's.
It includes traffic and all!

Amazing is Israel..   Was actually created by Israelis!
How is Waze better than Google Maps Navigation?

im not getting you.
except the unlimited data verse 100mb of data. Page Plus offers everything you mentioned plus better service (even if att got better) and its cheaper!
You don't get how paying $10 more for unlimited HSPA+ data vs. 100 MB Verizon 3G is a good deal? If you have any interest at all in a smartphone, I think it's the best deal around.

dont know where you are located- but in the NY area Page plus is awesome due to using verizon towers. 100mb is alot. save 10 bucks a month and have great service without having to buy a special phone...
I believe cozmohoot was replying to my post about Straight Talk. And yes I have yet to see or hear of a better deal for a smartphone user. Haven't had a single issue with AT&T, I believe they have vastly improved their service in the past year. Best part for me though is I haven't had to contact customer service once since I switched from VZW. No headaches about upgrades, overages, change phones, etc... with Straight Talk you buy an unlocked phone, pay $50/mo. flat, and are literally worry-free for good. Can't recommend this route enough.

I have 2 Orange accounts, and they're great when I'm in Israel, however it sucks when it comes to communicate with them, it took me literally a year to get them to send me the bill in email, and I have no means of communication with them.

I can't figure out their website.. I'm really bad with Hebrew!!  :-[

How do you email them? Which language are you writing to them?
I email and talk to them in my passable Hebrew. Their phone agents rarely know English.

As far as seeing your bill, if you register your account online you can view your account info and bill very clearly. Use the Google Chrome translation or Google Dictionary extension if you can't read the Hebrew. Registration requires an SMS verification code, so you must either be in Israel or be on roaming.

Feel free to ask for any help that you need!

Chrome on ICS is AMAZING! It synced all my settings from my laptop and I am loving it!
I am not impressed. No full screen, no quick-controls (which are much better than side-swipe tabs IMO), and very jerky and buggy. Definitely has potential though.
