I went to Niagara last summer and was able to use my Sprint phone in most areas near the Falls. I also got service in my hotel room (which was on a high floor).

The question is legitimate.
What happens if the mortgagor needs to move after a couple of years?

For most primary residence mortgages, you need to sign that you will be living in the house for 12 months. I would assume banks understand that there are certain circumstances which necessitate an earlier move, but to move in with the intent of never living in the house would constitute fraud. To move after a couple of years, even after a year (with most mortgages) would probably be ok, but double check with the bank.

Does anyone have info on whether there are any primary residence work-arounds? Or what would happen if one moves out after some time?

I am not familiar with this particular program, but as with all mortgage programs for a primary residence, I would assume you would have to sign a statement that you intend to live in the property, and they can (although not likely) send out an inspector to ensure that you are living in the property. As with most crimes you may very well not get caught, but do you really want to risk going to jail for mortgage fraud (and ask your LOR, but IMO it's definitely not yashrus)?

Do not buy Seaworld or San Diego Zoo tickets online from You don't have to pay until you get in, but chances are you won't make it in. My ticket rang up invalid and they brought me to the customer service office. After research, they found out the tickets were placed and then canceled with fraudulent a credit card.

Are you serious Robert?! I am so sorry for recommending him and putting you through trouble. I used him for Seaworld and had no problems. I hope he didn't use a fraudulent cc for my tickets.

How good is this suit? Is this a $500 suit or just a $150 Calvin Klein type suit with really inflated pricing?

The "Red suits" are pretty much a Calvin Klein type suit. The "Black suits" are definitely better and made of a pretty decent material. For $159 I'd jump on these suits (too bad they don't have my size). You can also return them to an Off 5th store (if you have one near you), pretty easily.

Anyone have recommendations: aroma cafe or bubbys

I's recommend Bubby's. I love their pizza and make sure to order their specialty donuts for desert!

Just got back from my Delta glitch San Diego, LA trip (Thanks Dan!) I found a guy on craigslist who has great deals on tickets to the following parks.  You can pay him after you enter the park with Vanilla Reload cards.  His email address is

Sea World - Entry $35, Parking $10
San Diego Zoo - 1-Day Pass $22, 1-Day Pass Plus $25
San Diego Safari Park - 1-day Pass $22, many more packages available
Medieval Times - Regular $30, Royalty Package $35, Celebration Package $38
Knotts Berry Farm - Entry $25, Parking $10

l just booked a friend a 2 week one way rental picking up in Phoenix dropping off in LA for $300 through Costco Travel. The closest I found was over 600 (without using corporate codes). I randomly searched other cities such as San Francisco to LA and Newark to DC and also found great rates (some other such as NY to Miami were still a fortune).`

Did you call to see if the nights are on your account?

I just received the credit card, so still need to spend the 1k (which I hope to do in the next several days) and then have it credited.
