not from my experience

Hmmmm..... He made a statement that EVERY room is separate. I responded that this is not correct, as some rooms do NOT have this (for example the ones that I slept in). How can you tell me that I am incorrect from your experience ????? ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

FWIR every room in Surf side residence inn is a 2 room suite- living room/kitchenette and bedroom.

Not correct. There are separate areas, but same room

You make a mistake (albeit one that is not uncommon): you conflate breach of contract with breach of the law.

Breaching a contract is not unlawful, it simply subjects you to whatever liability you contractually agreed to incur (whether expressly or otherwise).  By way of example, if I agree to sell you 100 widgets at $100 per piece, but then I find another buyer at $1,000 per piece, I can -- not unlawfully -- choose to not sell to you, with the knowledge and understanding that I am subjecting myself to certain liability to you (which will vary by contract).  I will not become a suspect in a criminal investigation simply because I decided to not sell to you.

In short, one can remain a "very lovely great" person even if they decide to breach a contract.

[This is not to be construed as legal advice, for which you should seek a competent attorney.]

Very interesting perspective

Question: How does a small-mid size ecommerce company usually do their books? Do they outsource the job or do it themselves? Does the accountant take care of it at the end of the year? Hoping to get different answers. TIA

Define small mid-size

So, I flew with my family home from Florida a couple weeks ago, and I totally forgot to add  myself as my wife's companion (she has sw companion pass). I realized it that morning when checking in everyone for the flight. I tried adding companion this morning and flight was sold out 😫. Quickly checked other options and didn't find anything good. Checked back sw and 1 seat appears, BH. Grabbed  it, bam.

Interesting, I've never seen a tow truck towing an illegally parked car in Surfside.

Funny this came up. I was talking to the hostess at a restaurant last week and she was telling me that she never pays for parking and never gets a ticket or tow (and neither do her friends)

I have seen enough similar reviews that I won't be going. I really think more people need to try La Brochette once they're already willing to drop $200+.

+1

Probably Backyard BBQ. Most unique imo. But not fancy sit down steak house vibe. Just good food.

What is best if I want a nice vibe

Pretty good recently they likely changed the % of overbooking, if you're worried go kosh

I think i prefer Backyard BBQ - just dont want to be left with nothing. Should I be concerned that presidents day will be extra busy? And if I get there and they have limited selection, I basically have no other options because i wont be able to make other reservations

Thanks. I have been seeing reports that they run out by evening time of the good food, is that correct?
