Call and give a good reason why you would need another card.
i tried that once already. They pushed my application through but I got cancelled a 2nd time. All the reps tell me that you can only apply for 2 Amex every 3 months.

couple of weeks ago i logged on to amex and noticed i got a nice credit from a chain store i never stepped foot into
i thought they will realize the mistake and remove the credit
meanwhile almost a month past and im still here with the credit, can i start partying? or chances they will remove the credit?
being the chassid that you are, I would bring it to their attention and make a kiddush Hashem.

I don't deny that the original post was edited, I just recycled the post, but there is still a better way to talk to people. I for one can do without your sarcasm.
+1. I think that if you're going to be negative towards someone else you should be forced to sign your first and last name to the post. You would never make such a comment to someone's face.

I did a 2 BM for the SPG and Everyday Preferred last week. I got instantly approved for the Everyday Preferred but the SPG was on hold for 5 days since the applications were put in at the same time. Just got an email saying the application was reviewed and I was denied since it's my third application within 90 days. I also had a Delta card application on 9/8/2014. The phone rep told me to call back after 12/8/2014 to have my application reviewed again.

Anyone else seen this before?
Just got the exact same message.  Anything to do?

Tech Talk / Re: Dual Monitor display connection
« on: December 10, 2014, 05:23:14 PM »
One other thing. What ports do you have? Clearly you have VGA, and it sounds like you have HDMI. No DisplayPort on the tower?
Nope.  Only VGA and HDMI on the tower.  You would think that Dell would give you the necessary cables to connect the dual monitors to the tower....

is it dp++?
Otherwise you'll probably need an active adaptor. Just a cable won't work
It is not a dp++.  What kind of adapter do I need?

Tech Talk / Dual Monitor display connection
« on: December 09, 2014, 11:14:21 PM »
Recently purchased a Dell tower and 2 dell displays.  I'm trying to create an extended desktop and am having much trouble.  I connected one monitor to the tower using the VGA cable.  The problem is that my tower only has one place for a VGA.  If I use a display port to HDMI cable to connect the other monitor to the tower, will I be able to have an extended desktop?  Thanks in advance for your help.
