You can honestly live anywhere & do it anywhere. Because all there really is to manage is the logistics. But he is based out of CT & he can tell you & show how it can be run from wherever as he himself left the Country for 1-2 weeks & everything still ran smoothly & can stay that way for way longer if wanted. But the actual business is selling to customers in CT & MA, but can expand further as well.

I know someone who has a Kosher Food Distribution Company & is looking to sell it because he wants to get out. He will help on transition, making sure all the clients stay with the new person, etc... In my experience this guy is a honest person. You can obviously see his books & his taxes etc... If you are very serious & have the money to purchase it.
This Company sells kosher food to kitchens (mostly wholesale), Restaurants, Schools, Nursing homes, Hospitals, Supermarkets etc...
Nothing to do with vending machines.
Here are some numbers:
It's grossing above $1M & is looking to sell for $300k.
The profit is between 10%-15% every month is different. but that is the average.
If your in the ball park then we can discuss further & I can put you in touch with the owner.
Reason of sale:
He has a real estate business that he wants to expand. He will stay on to make sure successful transition & that EVERY account remains & relationships with Suppliers as well.

No. I guess I wasn't clear when I wrote a kosher food distribution Company. I meant a company that sells kosher food to kitchens (mostly wholesale), Restaurants, Schools, Nursing homes, Supermarkets etc...

Doesn't sound right. If buisness is going well people generally don't sell they hire someone to run the business while they work on the real estate.
they need 300k to expand their real estate
