It does not give you any stay credits, just a bump up to Hyatt Plat. If you are already a Hyatt Diamond, it will not benefit you.

Are you trying to register a Mastercard instead of a Visa? Beyond that, I'm not sure why you'd think any of us would know - why not go straight to the source? From their website:

The problem is that with Chase, they don't ask. They just shut you down if they don't like what you're doing. From there, it's a next-to-impossible chance of getting your cards reopened.

Nope-0.5. I took a page out of Mesh's book and was able to get them to honor a SPG bonus (look for his thread/screenshots in another AMEX thread...maybe the Biz Gold?). Total YMMV though.

« on: June 26, 2014, 10:40:49 AM »I signed up for the SPG Starwood Amex card and received it in March before the Consumer card window shut. Amex says I can't get the 25k bonus because I have another card open although my previous bonus was more than 12 months ago. Any suggestion?
The bonus clock resets when you close the older card, not when you received the bonus. Since you never closed the older card, according to their T&Cs you were not eligible for the bonus.
