So you dont get a pin with Visa debit?

If the visa debit cards can be used as a regular debit card, I just got an offer for a credit card machine charging .23% for debit. Sounds like a good bet.

Great experience. I rented last thanksgiving. I booked a compact for $12/day and upgraded to a mustang convertible for around $12 more. You have to be friendly and push a little for the upgrade!

Set up a BB account for free, load it with "vanilla reloads" that can be purchased (and reloaded) with CC. Cash it out by sending yourself checks or using it for other bills.
You will have to read for locations, limits, other rules, and fees.
