A few pics here when I flew it domestically: http://www.dansdeals.com/archives/14293

2-2-2 config so take a middle seat if you're solo.

You mean to tell me they haven't updated their cabins since the continental days?

I'm not traveling solo and my wife likes a window...

As far as the bulkheads, none are available at this time.

If you have a chance to look them up on seatguru (united 777-200 version 5), would you take row 4 k & l, or row 10 a & b ?

Thanks Dan!

My family flew today, and I'm flying Sunday.
What do you want to know?

Do u by any chance have a photo of the interior or can u describe to the best of your ability? How would you compare their product vs. competing american and european carriers?

Thanks for always being so helpful !!!

On the seats try seatguru.com, for everything else try the search button on the upper right on ddf

I believe Seatguru only provides the layout and  positives and negatives on individual seats in any given class. Doesn't tell me a whole lot on the actual seat from what I can tell

I did find Dan's photos of the meals served on board.

Can anyone tell me more about the seats, and kosher meals ?

Thanks!

Up In The Air / Re: New Austrian Airlines Business Class
« on: March 17, 2013, 11:56:36 PM »
Has anyone experienced Austrian's new business class product yet?

I will be flying with them in the beginning of April, from JFK-VIE-TLV

Thanks

I just discovered that the rollout of their new business class which was supposed to be completed by April has been delayed by a few months  :(  :(

This is so upsetting

I will be spending only 12 hours in VIE, so dont have a whole lot of time...

I just need to know how to get around from the airport to the Schonbrunn Palace and to a restaurant or two.

If anyone can help me with transportation (best way to get around) and make a recommendation where to eat, it would be very much appreciated.

Thanks

Can anyone help please?

Thanks

On a KLM flight recently, while the steward was serving meals there was no way for me to get to the rear of the plane to use  the restroom for economy class, so I asked if I could use the business class restrooms and he said I could.

As I'm waiting to use the occupied restroom in business another stewardess notices me and scoldingly says to me you don;t belong here, I tell her I got permission and she responds "oh really?!" I said I did and she walks off. A dew moments later, she tells me rudely, don't you know you are in our way here maybe move out of way.

Should I bother sending this to KLM? Can I expect to receive any sort of compensation?

Thanks

Just to follow-up, I received $100 travel voucher :)

Thanks to the OP. Vouchers worked like a charm even when not reserving with the coupon number.

+1

Just returned from a few day trip and once again Dove followed through. Booked a premium and got an infinity M37 with vouchers!

Thank you!

Racist?!  :o You should definitely report ;D :P

;D What do you think I can expect other than a generic apology?

I guess it doesn't hurt to try
