I was thinking of 1.5 or 2 days for the falls? Trying to figure out where I would do shabbat JNB or CPT? Potentially even HKG (for the first weekend) if I'm flying in that way
Here's what I did in 10 days.

So here goes...

Sunday-Monday:
-JFK-JNB-VFA in J (80k UA PP)
-Zimbabwean side of the falls
-Victoria Falls Safari Lodge (Approx. $300 - Not really worth it IMO)

Tuesday:
-Zambian side of the falls
-LVI-JNB in Y (4k + $44 Avios PP)
-Kosherworld delivered food to airport and picked up SIM
-JNB-MQP in Y (Approx. $80 PP - Should have driven in hindsight)
-Rented car at MQP
-Protea Nelspruit (7.5k Marriott)

Wednesday:
-Entered KNP through Malelane Gate and drove up to Skukuza airport with some detours
-Returned car at SZK
-Transferred to Notten's Bush Camp for 2 nights ($750 per night)

Thursday:
-Notten's Bush Camp

Friday:
-Transfer to SZK after morning game drive
-SZK-CPT in Y (Approx. $250 PP)
-Protea Sea Point for 2 nights (15k Marriott per night)
-Sahbbos food from Goldie's Deli (delivered to hotel)

Shabbos:
-Davend at Chabad, ate at hotel
-Sea Point Promenade

Sunday:
-Transferred to African Pride 15 On Orange Hotel for 2 nights (20k Marriott per night)
-Hout Bay / Chapman's Peak / Cape of Good hope / Cape Point / Boulder's Beach
-Dinner at Avron's Place

Monday:
-Breakfast at Coffee Time
-Table Mountain
-Robben Island
-V&A Waterfront
-Sunset at Signal Hill

Tuesday:
-CPT-JNB-DKR-IAD-LGA in J (80k UA PP)
-10 Hour layover in JNB
-Carlton Center
-Lunch at SoSushi
-Soweto tour

awesome thank you. I quickly looked at your TR and will probably message you for some more details as I get a better understanding if you wouldn't mind. I'm thinking of trying to loop in victoria falls also. Better to do it on my way to SA or as I'm leaving?
Having done a 10 day trip last year including Victoria Falls, I'd say if you only have 10 days you should skip the falls and focus on SA.

Surprisingly enough, the Yiddish (or "Yiddish", as the case might be) version is way more accurate:

Impossible.

To expand on this a bit: the raffle ARV cannot be more than 300x the ticket price. Ideal setup is 2x Twin berths + $5k cash, ticket at $100. This would be an ARV of $33k, or 330x the ticket price, and so cannot work.

Possible options:

A. Raffle off 2x Twin + $2k; charge $100. ARV $29.9k, or 299x.
B. Raffle off 2x Twin + $5k; charge $110. ARV $32.9k, or 299x.
C. As above, but charge $118/120. More significant number in Judaism, and can sell ~10% fewer tickets to make it worthwhile.

Vote!
D. Arrange a glitch thereby lowering the ARV.

Short TR: No kids. Flew in on easyJet from LGW. Picked up Avis rental car. Drove to my hotel, the Ikies Traditional Houses, checked in to my room which included indoor/outdoor jacuzzi/pool and a shvitz, and wasted away the days. Oh, and great views of the Caldera. On final day, was granted 5pm checkout, at which time walked to Oia proper for obligatory picture with blue domes. Drove back to airport to catch Olympic Air to ATH and A3 to TLV.
Hotel heated up all POM meals when requested.
Remember the room type / name?

Positioning flight for Antarctica on Chanuka:

UA option: 60K miles.
UA CLE-EWR 5:31pm-7:09pm B73G First Class
2:46 connection
UA EWR-EZE 9:55pm-10:50am B764 Business Class seat 1D

Or
AA option: 57.5K miles.
AA CLE-MIA 1:45pm-4:43pm RJ145 Coach
6:02 connection
AA MIA-EZE 10:45pm-9:51am 77W Business Class seat 3A

UA Pros:
-WiFi and first class on both flights
-Polaris club kosher wine, food, shower, PJs
-Longer longhaul flight

UA cons:
-Need to light menora in CLE at 4:02pm (Plag hamincha, a b'dieved time but still can light with bracha) and hope there's no traffic in order to make a 5:31pm flight with checked luggage. There is a later flight CLE-EWR if I miss it, but it's an RJ-145 and has a tight connection. Unless there's someway to light in EWR or the Polaris Club daybed room :D
-767 seat
-Arrives into EZE an hour after AA

AA Pros:
-77W seat
-Arrives into EZE an hour before UA
-Can use the connection time to light menora at JJs

AA cons:
-3 hour flight in coach without wifi
-Shorter longhaul flight
-Longer total travel time
I'd go with AA. I'd also add a big pro for the AA option is that you don't connect in the northeast in December.
Depends if you have enough luggage allowance

Everything finally fell into place to go just DW and I for 2 days with the night without any kids. All we need is a nice pretty area to spend some quiet time. We can fly somewhere but don't want to spend half the time flying from Lakewood. It would be nice if it was a little cooler than here. Any ideas?
If driving is okay, Lake George or Vermont / NH.

WOW: Air Canada Wants To Acquire Aeroplan

I'd be surprised if this wasn't their intention all along...

Can anyone help me book a mileage trip? I am trying to identify business class awards. Particularly anyone know how to get Aerolineas Argentinas miles? They don't seem to share the business class availability with partners? I see other options with other airlines but I would love to get a single long hawl from JFK to EZE.
United and American have direct NYC-EZE flights as well.

why would you have me cross the border multiple time, wouldn't I be better off working my way from IGR to the IGU side they on to RIO
IME you need a full day on the Argentinian side and half a day on the Brazilian. If you get there mid day I think it'll make more sense to go to Brazil and come back once the park closes (that's what I did, although I returned from IGR as well).
