A friend of mine had fraud on his CSR. He disputed it, and as usual they issued him a new card which he received about 6 weeks ago. Ever since, he gets an error message every time he tries to use his UR. He's tried booking via phone, and had no luck. He spoke to supervisors, and has had multiple cases opened. It's been escalated multiple times, each time giving him 5k UR as comp, but still not helping. Anyone have any advice? Any corporate emails that might get him further?
I say call every day. In less than four months you'll have a half a million miles.

Thanks for your nice wishes. You should all be zoche to only have simchas and IYH nachas from your children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, etc.
I don't consider myself old, but, in my earlier years I was a great MAD magazine fan. Still have a bunch of them. Don't tell my Rosh Yeshivah.

Sure, come to Lakewood tonight IYH, Lake Terrace. Since I don't know you personally wear a red rose in your lapel! No one else in Lakewood will. Yes I'm even a great grandfather already BH. We should only have simchos to share IYH.

Need advice, if there is any. I just found out my free room and my wifes free room expired at the end of last month. I called a couple of times and they say theres nothing they can do. I just got a new free night, and my wife as well. I also got the bills for the $49 per card. I have 89000 miles and I believe my wife about the same. Should I cancel the cards (hopefully they''ll still give me the current free rooms), put our mileage into other accounts (like airline), or should I keep them? Any other way to get last years rooms back?

FYI I had a flight for myself and wife from NY to MIA for this Tuesday as we go every Purim and I got it a long time ago on a dansdeal. BH my granddaughter is getting married IYH tomorrow night and since her engagement I've been trying to see if they'll do anything for me. I bought insurance but I don't have a health reason and I don't lie. I called them numerous times since then, explained the true situation (invited them to the wedding!) but I got nowhere. Today, no clue why, I called again. I got an exception to use them by the end of December! I guess HUCA can help even the day before!

That changed in the summer. Now they give a free night as well.
Never heard about that. Is it also at end of year?

Simple equation is the free night worth the AF to you?
the free night on Marriott is worth it to me. Spg doesnít give free nights. So should I just keep the Marriott? I might have just answered my question. Iíve had spg for so many years just want to be positive in chucking it.

If I'm combining SPG and Marriot and I have both cards, should I get rid of one card? They both have yearly fees
