well kova is on 13th ave. and 42 st in boro park, but i think now when the yeshivas are home they dont clean, check with them first.

Any store will clean up a hat, getting a fedora blocked is not always recommended.

-1 Primo will not. And they will be rude if you ask them to.

I believe blocking is when they basically recreate your hat for you. Make it like new.

Blocking is when they put the "tzfatified" hat on a mold and apply extreme-pressured steam to it until it hardens to the shape of the mold.
