I don't have a concern since I have many legitimate businesses. When I see someone state they don't have a business or do not qualify and the response is "SP" no need to read between the lines.

No, you have a seperate number which is your BA Avios/executive club membership number, if you don't have this number I think you can call BA and they'll locate it for you.

With BA they can do a password reset over the phone, with Chase you have to do it online.
