Looking to purchase a imac 21" Computer. There are so many option upgrades. 1.4ghz, 2.7ghz or 2.9ghz? 4 or 8 ram? Hard drive ssd, hdd or Fuzion? Any advice would be appreciated.

Why do you specifically need an iMac 21"?

2.7 ghz, 8gb ram, and fusion drive.

I have So many issues with pc, Windows 8. Primary use is a web, office and Photo editing.
