Just called there system is down for the e-series they are aware of the price mistake and are not taking orders.

I HUCA and it didnt work ;-)

DH, no I did not call in a price mistake! I called in to order it because the website did not work.

The sales rep says something along the lines: Oh, E-Series, those prices are not accurate and currently we can't order any custom built laptops for that price.

So I didn't call in and say I saw a price mistake can I order the price mistake laptop!?!

But thanks for reminding me about the policy regarding alerting the necessary party's to identify the price mistakes.

He requested you post the FULL link. Not Sony.com so we should start looking around the site for the product you're referring to.

Even if its on the home page the best way to post a deal is giving all the details, in your case I would recommend clicking on the specific laptop deal you saw and then posting that link. You can reply in a couple of months don't worry no pressure:)
