Disputing debit card charge

Does anyone know if I can dispute a visa debit card I used to purchase something from a shady scammy site? I got some of my order but the quality is terrible and their CS is non-existent.

Debit card from a bank checking account?  Call the bank.

Yes. I want to call the bank but I wanted to know if typically there's some protection on debit purchases? I thought not.

AFAIK as long as it has the VISA logo, you have purchase protection. CMIIW.  Perhaps there is a difference if it was tendered as a cc versus entering a pin.
