I applied for PRG and Starwood personal cards last June through links on here on DD, for myself and for my wife. Completed all the spending for both accounts, wife received 25k MR and 25k Starpoints. I got no bonus points on the PRG and only the first 10k bonus on the starwood.
I tried calling Amex, they said I never had the bonus offers on my account, I spoke to managers, etc. They said all they could do was submit an investigation with their offer department. PRG came back that my offer was only to get the annual fee waived, and the SPG was only for the original 10k. I tried contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau but Amex responded with the same information.
Any other resorts I have left here? I had screenshot of all my wife's apps, and I thought I had of mine too, but can't find them anywhere. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
