My understanding of the question is what cc to use. What is in your wallet? What category spending is it? Obviously opening new cards would get you the best return.

Amex business platinum try to find a 250k offer. Getting 35k to go through on a new card may depend if your a current Amex customer, otherwise (maybe either way, depending on your history with them) be ready for financial review.
