internet connectivity issue please help!

On my lgl9 it shows connected to Wifi but the phone won't access internet!? On an ipad linked to the same signal it works.  Any ideas? Thanks

I hate to ask the obvious, but did you restart the phone?

Yes i did. It links automatically but then. ..no connection

Check the internet settings on the phone.

Did you recently do any firmware upgrades?

No. It's specific to one router.all other wifi signals work

If you log in to the router, do you see the phone as a connected device?
Remove the wifi network from the phones 'Trusted' list and re-sign in. If that doesn't work try restarting the router.
