I only choose it when there is a Prime Pantry offer. Ebook and digital offers are useless to me. Interestingly, I have never used the Prime Pantry offers.

I usually order stuff when I need them, and I am not interested in waiting extra time for it to arrive.

Some people order stuff they don't need but can't in good conscience pass up, because it's free, so they're in no rush to get the stuff.

When I don't need the stuff in 2 days ( clothing, book, toy), I use no hurry shipping. I don't have any real need for the digital $1, but I've used it for a Kindle book and to 'rent' a movie that isn't available on Youtube.  recommendations
