Depends what you need.

If you need unlimited talk/text/international calling to many countries (including Israel)/500MB data with ATT service, preloaded H2O sim on eBay is the way to go. If you're going to stay in city, don't need international talking, and/or want more data, search for simple mobile preloaded or page plus (if you have Verizon lte phone) preloaded.

I had terrible experience with H2O, didn't work and nobody to talk to regarding problems.

I found that in the five town/Far rockaway/ Brooklyn areas- Simple Mobile/T Moblie service was better. What i have been doing is buying on ebay a pre loaded sim for the first month, this allows you to get a month service for much cheaper. I found simple mobile to be great. If you want/need verizon then get pageplus
