Non-owner car insurance for Israel
« on: January 12, 2017, 12:46:47 PM »
Hi everyone,

I rent cars on a regular basis whenever I travel, and I figure it might be cheaper for me to buy some type of non-owner car insurance that would cover liability for those rentals (I don't own a car).

First of all, do you know of any plans/insurers that would offer such plans (with worldwide liability insurance)?
Do you know if this would be accepted in Israel?

Thanks

I tried that, the insurance agent i called told me the insurance policy is based off the car, and can't be on the person....

Your card usually covers collision and they will make you pay liability either way.

Yes Collision is covered by my card, I am referring strictly to the Liability insurance here. Are you sure it is not accepted?
