If the reason for one of the triggers I can understand but why did they write the reason

Interesting my wife's account got a letter saying all the same EXCEPT it says not due to negative public record rather

I confirmed that a letter was sent to you on March 28, 2023 advising you that the account was
closed due to the history of account usage

Don't know what to due seems like I maybe out 160k points

Not in the last 2 years before that I spent on the card in bulk but all legit spending
