Horrible lounges, will take u forever to get there. Can take a train, look at the arc de triumph or buy lunch and go right back.

4 hours is not enough time to go into the city and check out the arc and not risk missing the flight, IMHO.

It is not a universal statement that 'stress' will make it worse. Some enjoy it.

There's stress and there's stupidity.  Going into the city on a 6 hour layover would fall into the former.  Doing that on a 4 hour layover into the latter.
