Do you honestly think the majority in of Ravs in Israel are somehow listed online? I think you assumed he was a BIG Rav which wasn't stated at all. And even then depending on how well known his name wouldn't necessarily appear online.
So what if you never heard of him?And my rav is well know in Israel and I don't see any results on Google.What do you want from the OP?If you have something good to say,say it-if not......He is trying to collect money if you don't feel like giving him money carry on with life.
