Amex downgrade on credit report

I downgraded my AMEX BCP last month to the no AF card. On my report it's showing up as a closed and new account. This is negatively impacting my length of credit history. Is this normally the case? Worth disputing with transunion?

Only showing like this on your TU, what does your EX and EQ show?
