For what kind of item? The CSR was trying to tell me that because they need to inspect each watch the restricting fee in the watches and jewelry dept. is automatic.
Did you give them a specific reason for returning or simply didn't want it any more?
Was simply returning because i didn't want it, was a pair of shoes iirc.
This is what happened:
I called to get return label, was told that they taking off 20%, I said no way and hung up. Then I received an email from them if I was satisfied with their Cs, and I chose no. Received a call 2 min later as to why I wasn't happy, told them they don't deserve 20% just because its 45 days already. She said NP, and refunded the full $150 on the spot.
Now for the bonus; a few days after I returned it , I saw another credit for the shoes but less 20%, about $120. Thanks Amazon!!!
