Not sure. I'm not in one of those zip codes so I can't try it.

I live in an approved zip code and code doesn't seem to work with "E" or without "E". It could be since I need to order by 12pm to get it 'today', but I do have an option to select 'get it tomorrow' - the code(s) won't work for that either

I'm in an approved ZIP code, it works without the second E as the OP had it. And I just placed an order with it, so it def is still working, and it def still works even after 12PM, though at this time, even 'Same Day' won't get it here until tomorrow.
