you can get it for free, but I know they charge for it,unless you find a link which gets you the card for free.

Search on the forum or on google, there's usually a site with a link to the free membership.
Dan had one at one point as well. Don't know if those links still work.

There is on the next block between 2nd and 3rd Ave for sure. But most people park right on 47th Street in the NYP zone with no issues after hours. Have a friend who lives on that block and I'm there all the time.

I’ve gotten towed from NYP parking after hours... not willing to risk it, will try next block, thanks.

Restaurants in Israel often require that coupons be mentioned beforehand. Also sometimes offers are ended early.

IME with restaurants that had groupons, anytime I said anything beforehand (which is officially required by Groupon) the service was worse.

Should be free via the Elal app
