This might not appeal to DDFers or people that would otherwise buy AMEX or Citi points, but it's an interesting twist to get LifeMiles for a decent price.
Pay a monthly subscription to purchase miles, and get an annual bonus (which seems to be divided into trimesters, so supposedly you'd need to be on the monthly plan for 4 months in order to get best rate).
$125.99 x 12 = $1,511.88 / 112,000 = 1.3498cpm (buy on a card that gives at least 3x for airlines for some extra miles, bringing effective price to 1.297cpm)
