Subscribe & Save now working to Israel?

I just noticed that the subscribe and save option is available on some items even with an Israeli shipping address. In the past, when the shipping address was sent to Israel, S&S would not be available even when one time delivery was available to Israel. Looks like something's changed. Anyone else seeing this?

It also looks like several food items are now eligible for shipping to Israel which previously weren't.

It looks like the subscribe and save eventually fails, I get a message that there's a problem with the address.  But the first order seems to go through and I get the s&s savings (including s&s exclusive coupon codes).

Doesn't help so much if shipping will be a ton.
