Priceline credit card dispute

Has anyone here ever filed a dispute with their credit card for Priceline and actually won?  Details?

Not mine but a friend of mine wanted to try disputing a charge. She paid for a 3* and it was basically the most disgusting place.  I tried doing some research to these things and it seems to me no one has ever had any luck disputing a charge from them so I was just  wondering if ANYONE ever did have any positive experience with that.  Is it worth the time trying to fight?

try to fight it with the hotel they should reimburse u

Also, if she booked with AMEX, they have a GREAT dispute resolution team. I'd try it. However, as the above poster suggested, I'd definitely try to work something out with the hotel first.

I once had an issue with an uncomfortable night.  Called Priceline, and they refunded me.

Booked a prepaid rental at LAX, and he only realized when he landed that the pick up was in ONT(!).
He got a different rental at lax, and now when he called to get refunded, they basically told him to fly a kite. Is the best bet to dispute the charge?

To be clear, he never searched Ont any other location. He wanted something at the airport, as you can see he was arriving after midnight
