According to the shach its fine as long as it was cleaned well.

Great TR, @@yehuda.
Thanks, as always.
Your attention to detail will be useful to many who follow in your footsteps.

REgarding @Sport's comment, who is the Shach?  I want to AMOR and would be helpful to mention this opinion.

Although I don't think are too many more left since the card doesn't allow signups anymore. And I think it stopped offering free nights for the signups bonus a while ago.

I also think that in early 2019 MT is supposed to announce higher categories, and this hotel will likely be in them, making it not bookable with certs. @Redbull3

I don't know much about South Beach. Aren't there restaurants there too so you shouldn't need to Uber up? Marriott cards are 5/24 except perhaps the Business one? Otherwise, you can get SPG cards. All Marriott/SPG/Ritz cards now come with an annual free night. However, none of them are for high enough categories to cover this SR other than the signup nights on the Ritz card, although I don't think it's available for signups anymore.
Not really. Seventeen and some schwarma place, we hate both. The Frieze which we like a LOT more than serendipity.
So our trips consist of lincoln road shopping/hookah/bars at night and restaurants north of miami beach (like i said 26 soho and grill time) - we also like tasty which is in the middle. Other places we tried have underwhelmed us. There are still other places we need to try but they are all up town as well.
We have stayed at court yard marriot, four points and fontainebleau for 41st street, none of those were great experiences. W south beach was our favorite we did that i think twice but i don't accumulate SPG anymore (although maybe I should rethink that). We have been staying at hyatt centric south beach the past bunch of times - just came back from 5 nights there yesterday - which means we can walk to our lincoln road stuff but spend a lot on ubers going up to the restaurants we like.
Next time definitely going to target SRBH - looks gorgeous and it's closest to our fave places anyway.
Thanks for the tip on ritz.
I can't get SPG bonus anymore if i got in this lifetime correct? I guess my best bet is probably opening marriot cards not 5/24 for bonuses then spending on marriot. Maybe buying ritz sign up nights if anyone is selling and combining.

from a kashrus point of view, to use the regular bowl for the cereal for the hotel is considered fine?
also when i had breakfast there, they also showed me the pan that was set aside for kosher...
i told them it wasnt good enough for me, so they got me a brand new pan, i took off all the stickers and tags on it.
and they let me go behind to turn on the flame..
cracked eggs straight into pan.
used plastic spoon to finish making omlet
then they let me take the pan up to my room, so i could bring it down for the rest of the stay...
That is some serious service lol wow.

Gotcha. I forget the rules. Maybe you're eligible for SPG Lux?

You guys are in Miami, not Bali, what is wrong with you peoples?

You can walk 2 blocks and order a great Kosher breakfast, or even get it delivered to your room.

You came here for vacation, staying at a hotel that costs $500+/night. Go enjoy yourself and stop trying to save $3 on eggs.
